Tour bus rental with 16-19-33-53-77 passenger seats. All buses are available to bring passengers for national or international travels. All services will be performed with Grand Turismo buses with an R.C. insurance coverage of € 25.000.000,00. All bus drivers are qualified for tourist services, they are REGULARLY ENROLLED IN OUR PAY ROLL and they undergo to regular surprise health checks to verify alcohol and drugs use. All drivers and vehicles meets the criteria of EEC regulations, the instructions of the provincial offices of the MCTC (authority for motor vehicles) and the traffic laws. Since in a 24 hours the bus driver can drive at most 9 hours and must rest at least 11 hours, the bus daily use cannot exceed 15 hours. After 4,5 hours of continuing drive, the bus driver must do a stop of 45 minutes at least. If the requested service exceeds these criteria, there will be a second driver. The bus is intact at the departure and any damage during the trip because of travelers will be charged to the holder of the contractual relationship with Magellano Car Rental. The travel must follow the route as established by contract, any change may cause variations in price. For multi-day travels, driver’s board and lodging have to be paid by the group, please note that for national and international travels, exceeding respectively 6 and 12 days of travel, the driver has the right to a weekly rest period, that has to be agreed with the company.
